Job summary

Eastern Dental is seeking a qualified dental assistant to join our team in Toms River, NJ. The role involves greeting patients, responding to questions, charting, taking digital x-rays and providing chair-side support during procedures.

Applicants must have prior dental assistant experience and an NJ Dental X-Ray License. Denticon experience is a plus. This is an on-site, full-time position prioritizing patient care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior dental assistant experience required.
• NJ Dental X-Ray License required.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Experience with Denticon preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon arriving and leaving.
• Respond to patient questions and/or concerns and escalate if needed.
• Charting.
• Taking patients digital x-rays.
• Chair side dental assisting.
• Perform other tasks as necessary.
