Job summary

Eastern Dental is seeking a friendly and capable Dental Assistant to greet patients, answer questions, chart, and take digital x-rays. You will assist at chair-side and support the dental team with a variety of tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualified candidates have prior dental assistant experience, an NJ Dental X-Ray License, strong communication and multitasking skills, and preferably familiarity with Denticon.

Qualifications

• Must have previous dental assistant experience.
• NJ Dental X-Ray License is required.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Experience with Denticon is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon arrival and during departure.
• Respond to patient questions and escalate concerns as needed.
• Charting and maintaining patient records.
• Take digital x-rays.
• Chair-side dental assisting.
• Perform other tasks as necessary.
