Job summary

Diamond Braces is hiring a Full-Time Registered Dental Assistant to support orthodontic teams in a fast-paced clinical setting. Starting pay is $20.00+ per hour, with pathways to higher starting rates and continuous education opportunities.

You will work closely with orthodontists to deliver exceptional patient care, perform X-rays, scans, impressions, and maintain a clean, organized practice environment. Training and growth are emphasized within our technology-driven office.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Dental Assistant per state requirements.
• At least one year of dental experience.
• Reliable with excellent attendance.
• Positive, coachable, and eager to learn.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting chairside during orthodontic procedures.
• Taking digital X-rays, intraoral scans, photos, and impressions.
• Preparing treatment rooms and orthodontic instruments.
• Sterilizing instruments according to OSHA standards.
• Educating patients on oral hygiene and appliance care.
• Documenting clinical notes accurately.
• Fabricating Essix retainers and assisting with laboratory procedures.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment.

What You'll Do
