Diamond Braces is hiring a Full-Time Dental Assistant with no license required. Join a fast-paced orthodontic team and grow your clinical skills while supporting our doctors and delivering excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months experience in a dental office or healthcare setting.
• Orthodontic experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist during patient treatment.
• Prepare treatment rooms and orthodontic instruments.
• Sterilize instruments following OSHA and infection control standards.
• Take digital X-rays, intraoral scans, photographs, and impressions.
• Enter accurate clinical notes into patient records.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care.
• Fabricate Essix retainers and assist with basic lab duties.
• Prepare and track laboratory cases.
• Keep operatories clean, organized, and patient-ready.

What You'll Do

As an Dental Assistant, you'll play an important role in creating confident smiles while supporting our orthodontists and providing an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities Include

• Assisting the orthodontist during patient treatment
• Preparing treatment rooms and orthodontic instruments

Experience Preferred
