Job summary

Capozzi Dental Group in Prospect, CT is seeking a full-time dental assistant to support daily clinical operations and ensure a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, assisting clinicians, handling x-rays, and maintaining a clean operatory in a family-oriented environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Act as liaison between patient and doctor.
Set up trays as per daily charts.
Review schedules and anticipate doctor needs.
Assist chairside using four-handed dentistry.
Enter treatment plans.
Take x-rays as needed.
Clean and disinfect operatory after each patient.
Take alginates/pour and trim models.
Package and sterilize instruments.
Keep operatory fully stocked.
Serve as liaison between patient and doctor.
