Job summary

Dental Arts of Cromwell is seeking a part-time dental assistant to join a family-oriented team in Cromwell, CT. You will greet and seat patients, assist the doctor, and manage chairside duties with four-handed dentistry while maintaining sterile operatory conditions.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, exceptional customer service, and a willingness to learn and grow. Reliable commute to Cromwell, CT is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat patients.
• Act as a liaison between the patient and the doctor.
• Set up trays as indicated by the day’s charts.
• Review schedules and anticipate the doctor’s needs in advance.
• Assist chairside using four-handed dentistry.
• Enter treatment plans.
• Take x-rays as needed.
• Clean and disinfect operatory after each patient.
• Take alginates/pour and trim models.
• Package and sterilize instruments.
• Keep operatory fully stocked.
• Act as a liaison between the patient and the doctor.

Currently, we're in search of a highly motivated Part-time Dental Assistant. Candidate should have a strong work-ethic, be a team player and possess the ability to multitask

Specific Job Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Greet and seat patients
• Act as a liaison between the patient and the doctor

• Monday - 7:30am - 5pm
• Tuesday - 7:30am - 5pm

• X-Ray and ICE Certification

Salary Description $24-$26/ hour
