Qualifications

• Active MI Dental Assistant certification with radiology credentials.

Responsibilities

Dental Assistant Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service for the patient, demonstrating excellent chairside manner
• Assist the doctor with all dental procedures
• Take radiographs of patients using standard digital dental radiographic equipment
• Perform efficient and accurate procedures to help maintain doctors' schedule and patient flow; ensure limited to no patient wait time; ensure time flexibility for patient; be present, engaged, and prepared
• Clean and set up treatment rooms
• Review patient chart prior to doctor arrival and log appropriate patient data during exam and treatment
• Order and organize dental supplies

Dental Assistant Qualifications

• Active Dental Assistant & Radiology Certification in the state of MI
• 1 or more year(s) of Dental Assisting Experience is preferred, but not required
