Position Overview

As a Dental Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our dentists and hygienists during procedures, while ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction. Your expertise will help maintain the smooth operation of our clinic and contribute to the overall dental health of our community.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain treatment rooms with proper sterilization and organization.

  • Assist the dentist and hygienist during a variety of treatment procedures, including cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals and implants
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
  • Take digital x-rays, intraoral photos, and other diagnostic images as needed.
  • Provide chair-side support and reassurance to patients during their visit.
  • Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Provide excellent customer service and patient care, ensuring that all patients feel comfortable and well-cared for during their visit.

What We’re Looking For

  • Certification/Permits -X-ray, coronal polishing, nitrous and sealants (preferred).
  • 1 year experience in a dental office.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willing to travel
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • A team player who is adaptable and reliable.
  • Commitment to providing an excellent standard of care.
