Job summary

Endodontic Specialty Group in Gresham, OR is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join a dynamic endodontic team. You will support the doctor, take radiographs, prepare treatment rooms, and ensure smooth patient flow.

The role requires an EFDA and Radiology Certification in Oregon, with strong customer service and reliability. Monday-Thursday 8am–5pm; occasional Fridays as needed, with competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

Dental Assistant Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service for the patient, demonstrating excellent chairside manner
• Assist the doctor with all dental procedures
• Take radiographs of patients using standard digital dental radiographic equipment
• Perform efficient and accurate procedures to help maintain doctors' schedule and patient flow; ensure limited to no patient wait time; maintain time flexibility for patient; be present, engaged, and prepared
• Clean and set up treatment rooms
• Review patient chart prior to doctor arrival and log appropriate patient data during exam and treatment
• Order and organize dental supplies

This is a full-time Dental Assistant position with a schedule of : Monday - Thursday, 8AM to 5PM; Fridays as business needs require.

Dental Assistant Qualifications

• Active EFDA Dental Assistant & Radiology Certification in the state of OR
• Experience is not required, but preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
• Reliability and punctuality
• Commitment to providing compassionate patient care
