Job summary

McCall Dental Care is seeking a Part-Time Dental Assistant to join our growing practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a positive patient experience and works well in a collaborative environment. Prior dental experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate who is eager to learn.

The position offers Mondays and Thursdays with flexibility for additional coverage. Starting pay is $24.00 per hour, plus benefits including PTO, holidays, 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher strongly preferred.
• Experience in dental settings is preferred, but training provided.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to create a welcoming, positive patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for patient care.
• Provide compassionate, patient-focused clinical support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Take digital radiographs as needed.
• Support infection control and sterilization protocols.
• Help create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient.
