How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Dental Assistant, you will support the clinical needs of patients and doctors. You will receive the training and support needed to maximize your career potential and make a difference in your community, one smile at a time.

• Assist during treatment procedures
• Take dental x-rays
• Set up and break down operatory post-treatment
• Manage patient flow and handoffs
• Maintain infection control by sterilizing instruments and equipment
• Educate patients on oral hygiene
• Complete denture soft relines and temporary crowns
• Perform quality impressions, bite registrations, and digital intraoral scans
• Support patient charting and perform various office tasks
• Collaborate with team to ensure patient satisfaction

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to ongoing learning
• Ability to work collaboratively with the dental team
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active license/registration, including x-ray certification if required
