Lakeview Dental Care in Manitowoc, Wisconsin is seeking a Dental Assistant to support our clinical team with patient care in a collaborative setting. Prior dental assisting experience is required. We offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus and competitive hourly pay.

You will prepare treatment rooms, assist dentists during procedures, take X-rays, educate patients on oral health, and help maintain safety and infection control in our modern practice.

Qualifications

• One year or more on-the-job-experience with documentation.
• X-Ray certification, preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Support: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and assist dentists during procedures.
• Patient Care: Welcome, comfort, and educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Radiography & Diagnostics: Take and develop X-rays, assist with impressions, maintain study models.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure infection control protocols, maintain patient confidentiality, follow workplace regulations.

Lakeview Dental Care is looking for a Dental Assistant in Manitowoc, Wisconsin 54220 to assist our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment.

As a Dental Assistant you are an integral part of care team in providing support to the office and assisting the professional dental staff with treatment. Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, including scheduling and patient intake (if needed)
• Helps dentist manage dental and medical emergencies by maintaining CPR certification, emergency drug and oxygen supply, and emergency telephone directory.

• X-Ray certification, preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent

Dental Assistant are also expected to maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, CPR, and infection control training as required by law.
