Job summary

Imagen Dental Partners in Lebanon, Oregon is seeking a Dental Assistant to welcome patients, assist the doctor, and maintain a safe, efficient office. You will stay current with dental technologies and ensure radiographs are properly taken and mounted.

The role emphasizes patient-centric care and teamwork within a privately owned practice. Requirements include at least 1 year of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and state radiology and CPR certifications (RDA/RDAEF preferred).

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.
• Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient.
• Stay current with emerging dental technologies and clinical best practices to improve patient care and office efficiency.
• Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients to enhance their experience and loyalty.
• Follow OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
• Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
• Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs.
• Work collaboratively with the team to support practice goals and contribute to a thriving dental practice environment.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break.
