Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. is seeking experienced Dental Assistants to become fully trained instructors to teach scheduled year round morning &/or evening classes at our Knoxville campus.

Full paid training is provided. The role includes teaching 4.5 hour sessions with 10–20 students, following Ross lesson plans, and serving as primary or substitute instructor as needed to support a year-round program.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in dental field.
• National certification: RDA (AMT) or CDA (DANB) required.
• Formal training in a dental assisting program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach in the Dental Assisting classroom with 10-20 students, covering clinical and administrative skills.
• Deliver lectures and demonstrations using Ross lesson plans and curriculum.
• Morning classes run M-F 8:30-1; Evening classes run M-TH 5:30-10; 4.5 hour sessions.
• Serve as Primary or Secondary Instructor as needed for teaching assistant/substitute roles.
