Ross Education Holdings, Inc. Morgantown campus is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to become a trained instructor for year-round Friday morning sessions. Expect full paid training and classroom teaching to 10–20 students with hands-on demonstrations using Ross curriculum.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of dental assisting experience and a national certification (RDA AMT or CDA DANB) along with formal training. Flexible, dedicated, and mission-driven individuals are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ dental assisting experience with national certification.
• RDA (AMT) or CDA (DANB) certification required.
• Formal training in a dental assisting program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach dental assisting theory and practical skills to 10–20 students.
• Deliver lectures and demonstrations using Ross curriculum and lesson plans.
• Conduct classes on Friday mornings from 8:30 to 1:00, 4.5 hours per session.
• Coordinate with campus staff and substitutes as needed.
