• 1+ year of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant.

General Overview

Schedule:

You will be thrilled to know that we work 4 days per week, and NO WEEKENDS!

• Monday 7:40am-5:30pm
• Tuesday 7:40am-5:30pm
• Wednesday 7:40am-5:30pm
• Thursday 7:40am-5:30pm
• Friday: 7:40am-5:30pm

*4 Day work week, with rotating Mondays & Fridays off.

Responsibilities

As part of our team you will be responsible for the following (not limited to):

• Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.
• Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient.
• Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience.
• Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.
• Develop a relationship with the patient.
• Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
• Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
• Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs.
• Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience
• High school diploma or GED.
• RDA License, or EFDA. Valid TN x-ray License.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Dental Softwares as Dentrix, Eaglesoft or similar dental softwares, is preferred.
