Full-Time Dental Assistant needed in East Greenbush, NY

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Dental Assistant (DA) to join our team at Aesthetic Dentistry of East Greenbush. Our private practice is known for providing high-quality, patient-focused care in a supportive and professional environment. If you’re passionate about dentistry and enjoy working closely with a collaborative team, we’d love to meet you!

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation:

$22–$25 per hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and help ensure their comfort throughout their visit
• Prepare treatment rooms and patients for procedures
• Set up instruments, equipment, and materials as needed
• Assist the dentist with procedures using 4-handed dentistry techniques
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols
• Support front office or other clinical staff as needed to keep the day running smoothly
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a dental assistant preferred
• Open Dental software knowledge is a plus, but not required
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work well as part of a team
