Job summary

Advantage Dental+ is expanding with a Dental Assistant role to support doctors and hygienists, manage patient education, and maintain operatory readiness in a fast-paced, patient‑centered practice.

The position emphasizes on-site patient care, X-ray processing, charting, and sterilization. We offer growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package for team members dedicated to excellence.

Qualifications

• Advanced Dental Assistant Certification required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and dental software.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide chair-side clinical support to Doctors and Hygienists by charting, patient education, and operatory set-up and clean-up.
• Take and process X-Rays as prescribed by the Dentist.
• Enter patient treatment plans and maintain patient files.
• Complete sterilization processes for equipment and operatories.
• Educate patients on the importance of their oral health.
• Work collaboratively with the team on scheduling, ensuring an exceptional patient experience, and maintaining the condition of the practice and equipment.

Primary responsibilities of our expanded function dental assistants

Qualifications to join us as a dental assistant

• Advanced Dental Assistant Certification (EFDA, EDDA, EFODA)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and working with dental software

Excellent communication skills and a commitment to partnering with all team members

Compensation Range

20-27 hourly
