Smile Partners Clinton Township, Redwood Dental in Holly, is seeking a full‑time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or a candidate with 5+ years of dental assisting experience to join our established team. You will work in a modern, patient‑focused practice with a supportive environment.

Greet patients, assist the dentist chairside, and maintain infection control standards. You will update patient charts, stock operatories, and support high quality care every day.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort patients to treatment areas with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures
• Maintain a clean and sterile environment in accordance with infection control protocols
• Review health histories, update patient charts, and ensure documentation is complete
• Support patients with compassion, helping them feel comfortable throughout their visit
• Stock and organize operatories, prepare trays and instruments, and manage supply inventory
• Oversee preventive maintenance of dental equipment
• Follow practice protocols for quality assurance, infection control, and emergency procedures

Redwood Dental in Holly is growing, and we’re looking for a full-time experienced Dental Assistant to join our established team!

Our office is proud to provide long‑term care for a loyal patient base in a modern, updated setting. With low staff turnover and a supportive, welcoming team, we focus on creating an environment where both patients and team members feel valued. Due to recent growth, we’re excited to add a new Dental Assistant to our family.

What You’ll Do:
