Job summary

Redwood Dental in Holly is growing, and we’re looking for a full-time experienced Dental Assistant to join our established team!

Greet and assist patients, provide chairside support to the dentist, maintain infection control, and manage supplies in a fast-paced, patient-focused practice.

Qualifications

• RDA OR 5+ years of dental assisting experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, organized, and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced dental environment.
• Compassionate and patient‑focused.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of infection control and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort patients to treatment areas with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures.
• Maintain a clean and sterile environment in accordance with infection control protocols.
• Review health histories, update patient charts, and ensure documentation is complete.
• Support patients with compassion, helping them feel comfortable throughout their visit.
• Stock and organize operatories, prepare trays and instruments, and manage supply inventory.
• Oversee preventive maintenance of dental equipment.
• Follow practice protocols for quality assurance, infection control, and emergency procedures.

With low staff turnover and a supportive, welcoming team, we focus on creating an environment where both patients and team members feel valued. Due to recent growth, we’re excited to add a new Dental Assistant to our family.

What You’ll Do:
