Redwood Dental in Holly, MI is seeking a full-time, experienced Dental Assistant to join our established team. You’ll provide chairside support, manage infection control, and help maintain complete patient records in a friendly, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

  • RDA credential or 5+ years of dental assisting experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.

  • Committed to infection control and patient safety.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and escort patients to treatment areas professionally.
  • Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, sterile environment per infection control protocols.
  • Review health histories, update charts, and ensure documentation is complete.
  • Support patients with empathy, ensuring comfort throughout visits.
  • Stock operatories, prepare trays and instruments, and manage supplies.
  • Perform digital radiography.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance of dental equipment.
  • Follow practice protocols for QA, infection control, and emergencies.

Registered Dental Assistant - Redwood Dental of Holly

Redwood Dental in Holly is growing, and we’re looking for a full-time experienced Dental Assistant to join our established team!

Our office is proud to provide long-term care for a loyal patient base in a modern, updated setting. With low staff turnover and a supportive, welcoming team, we focus on creating an environment where both patients and team members feel valued. Due to recent growth, we’re excited to add a new Dental Assistant to our family.

What You’ll Do:
  • Greet and escort patients to treatment areas with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures
  • Maintain a clean and sterile environment in accordance with infection control protocols
  • Review health histories, update patient charts, and ensure documentation is complete
  • Support patients with compassion, helping them feel comfortable throughout their visit
  • Stock and organize operatories, prepare trays and instruments, and manage supply inventory
  • Perform digital radiography
  • Oversee preventive maintenance of dental equipment
  • Follow practice protocols for quality assurance, infection control, and emergency procedures

Your Schedule:
  • Monday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Thursday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (alternating schedule)
