Redwood Dental of Holly is growing and seeking a full-time experienced Dental Assistant to join our established team. We provide long-term care for a loyal patient base in a modern updated setting with a supportive, welcoming team.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, values infection control, and can deliver compassionate patient care while maintaining high standards of safety and documentation.

Qualifications

• RDA certification or 5+ years of dental assisting experience.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Attention to infection control and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort patients to treatment areas with a friendly professional demeanor.
• Provide chairside assistance during procedures.
• Maintain a clean, sterile environment following infection control protocols.
• Review health histories, update charts, and ensure documentation is complete.
• Support patients with compassion to help them feel comfortable.

Registered Dental Assistant Redwood Dental of Holly Redwood Dental in Holly is growing and were looking for a full time experienced Dental Assistant to join our established team Our office is proud to provide long term care for a loyal patient base in a modern updated setting With low staff turnover and a supportive welcoming team we focus on creating an environment where both patients and team members feel valued Due to recent growth we were excited to add a new Dental Assistant to our family

What Youll Do

• Greet and escort patients to treatment areas with a friendly professional demeanor
• Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures
• Maintain a clean and sterile environment in accordance with infection control protocols
• Review health histories update patient charts and ensure documentation is complete
• Support patients with compassion helping them feel comfortable throughout their visit
• Stock and organize operatories prepare trays and instruments and manage supply inventory
• Perform digital radiography
• Oversee preventive maintenance of dental equipment
• Follow practice protocols for quality assurance infection control and emergency procedures

Your Schedule

• Monday 800 AM 700 PM
• Tuesday 800 AM 400 PM
• Wednesday 800 AM 500 PM
• Thursday 1200 PM 800 PM
• Friday 800 AM 100 PM alternating schedule

What Were Looking For

• RDA OR 5 years of dental assisting experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable organized and detail oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast paced dental environment
• Compassionate and patient focused
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of infection control and patient safety
