Job summary

Lynn Creek Dental Care is seeking a Dental Assistant to support the dentist during procedures, prepare rooms, sterilize tools, and manage patient flow on-site.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of dental assisting experience, strong professionalism, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and colleagues. We offer hourly pay with benefits and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Dental Assisting experience preferred.
• Outstanding professionalism, high moral standards, and a self-motivated work ethic.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with your co-workers and patients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure necessary equipment is ready for dentists.
• Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating needs.
• Take and process X-rays of patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures.
• Greet patients as they arrive and schedule appointments.
• Advise patients on recommended oral hygiene.
• Handle general administrative and other duties to maintain the dental practice.
