Job summary

Adventure Dental, Vision, & Orthodontics in Greeley, CO is seeking a Dental Assistant to support the dentist and hygienist in providing high quality and compassionate care to all patients.

Pay range is $16.50-$25/hr with a bonus opportunity. The role involves radiography, patient documentation, sterilization, and helping maintain a clean, welcoming practice environment for underserved children and families.

Qualifications

• Radiology education and training that meets state requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to listen to patients and parents.
• Ability to multi-task and complete dental tasks accurately and on time.
• Knowledge of e-Clinical Works (eCW) is a plus.
• Previous dental office experience preferred.
• Current BLS CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Collect and document clear, concise, and accurate patient records.
• Obtain quality dental radiographs as requested by the dentist.
• Write accurate and consistent notes, ensuring chart notes match services.
• Create a friendly relationship with patients and parents and educate on oral health.
• Organize and sterilize dental instruments and workstations per OSHA standards.
• Ensure the practice is clean and presentable for patients, including restrooms and lobby.
• Participate in other duties supporting high-quality dental, vision, and orthodontic services.

Adventure Dental, Vision, & Orthodontics in Greeley, CO, is currently seeking a Dental Assistant to support the dentist and hygienist in providing high quality and compassionate care to all patients.Pay range: $16.50-$25/hr (AND BONUS OPPORTUNITY)Job Responsibilities

• Collect and document clear, concise, and accurate patient records
• Obtain quality dental radiographs (periapicals, bitewings, panoramic) as requested by the dentist
• Write accurate and consistent notes, ensuring chart notes match services completed
• Create a friendly relationship with patients and parents as well as educating them on good oral health
• Organize and sterilizing dental instruments and workstations per OSHA standards
• Ensure practice is clean and presentable to patients to include cleaning restrooms, patient lobby, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, etc.
• Participate in other duties that support the mission of providing high-quality and compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved children

Job Qualifications

• Radiology education and training that meets state requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills, including a friendly outgoing demeanor and the ability to actively listen to patients and parents
• Ability to multi-task and complete dental tasks correctly and in a timely manner
• Knowledge of e-Clinical Works (eCW) a plus
• Previous experience working in a dental office preferred
• Current BLS CPR certification
