Lakeshore Family Dentistry in Fox Point, WI is seeking a Dental Assistant to support our clinical team with patient care, room preparation, instrument sterilization, and chairside assistance during procedures.

Candidates should have at least one year of dental assisting experience and a high school diploma, with strong communication and a friendly, professional demeanor. We offer a competitive hourly rate and full-time, team-based scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Support: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and assist dentists during procedures.
• Patient Care: Welcome, comfort, and educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Radiography & Diagnostics: Take and develop X-rays, assist with impressions, and maintain study models.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure infection control protocols, maintain patient confidentiality, and follow workplace regulations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, including scheduling and patient intake (if needed)
• Helps dentist manage dental and medical emergencies by maintaining CPR certification, emergency drug and oxygen supply, and emergency telephone directory.

Lakeshore Family Dentistryis looking for aDental Assistantin Fox Pointto assist our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment.

Position Overview:As a Dental Assistant you are an integral part of care team in providing support to the office and assisting the professional dental staff with treatment. Support our mission to providing excellent dental care in the community and help us create more smiles and memorable experiences. What we offer:

• Competitive hourly pay: $25/hr
• Full-time Schedule:Tuesdays 7am-7pm with a 2-hour lunch break from 12pm-2pm, Wednesdays 2pm-7pm with no lunch break, Thursdays 7am-7pm with a 2-hour lunch break from 12pm-2pm, Fridays 7am-3pm with a 30-minute lunch break from 11am-11:30am, the 3rd and 5th Saturdays of each month from 8am-3pm with no lunch break
