Role Responsibilities

1. Greet and educate patients throughout their dental journey.
2. Review patient health histories thoroughly.
3. Take and process X-rays and diagnostic assessments.
4. Assist dentists chairside during procedures.
5. Use Dentrix for scheduling and records.
6. Prepare treatment rooms adhering to safety protocols.
7. Manage supplies and inventory.
8. Implement office systems to optimize workflow.

About Dentistry on 77th

• Collaborative team of 14 members.
• Pay range: $31-$34/hour.
• Schedule options available, including Monday-Friday shifts.

Minimum Qualifications

• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Dental assistant and X-ray certification as required by law.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• MN dental assisting license or in process.

Preferred Experience

• Over 1 year of dental experience.
• Experience with Dentrix or similar software.
• Dental assisting certification.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform duties with or without accommodations.
• Prolonged sitting and standing.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Availability for training sessions.
• TB test required prior to employment, except in FL & TN.
