Job Title: Licensed Dental Assistant

Location: New Brighton, MN

Pay Range: $28.00/hr - $35.00/hr (based on skills and experience)

Overview

Join our dedicated team as a Licensed Dental Assistant in a collaborative, patient-focused environment where your skills and compassion can make a difference in the community. Support dentists, CRNAs, anesthesiologists, hygienists, and dental/advanced therapists in providing primary dental care in outpatient clinics and community sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist dental professionals in patient care procedures and exams
  • Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments following infection control protocols
  • Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-procedure care
  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling and administrative tasks
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
  • Travel to support community sites, including driving company or personal vehicles as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Completion of an accredited dental assisting program
  • Active Minnesota Licensure, DAND Certification, or equivalent
  • Current CPR (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross
  • Effective communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
  • Valid driver’s license; ability to be added to company insurance preferred
