The Opportunity

This role offers a unique opportunity to support the Heroes who actively serve children and young people in our communities by improving their overall health and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide the best patient experience possible.
• Support optimized schedules and conduct open treatment calls to educate patient guardians on treatment importance and urgency.
• Assist in taking diagnostic radiographs and intraoral pictures (periapical, bitewings, panoramic).
• Use dental documentation software to manage patient records efficiently.
• Provide behavior management following guidelines approved by the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centric environment.
• Ensure the practice is clean and presentable, including cleaning restrooms, lobby, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Comply with all relevant regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, Dental Board, ADA, DOL, etc.).

Requirements

• Experience working in a dental office.
• Proficiency with hygiene and operative instruments and understanding their proper use.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a desire for professional growth.
• Organizational skills and a solid knowledge of dentistry.

Physical Requirements

This position requires full body motion, including sitting, walking, standing, talking, hearing, handling equipment, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
