Compensation: $18.75-$26.25/hour

Responsibilities

1. Learn and perform basic dental assisting functions under the supervision of a licensed dentist, following state regulations.
2. Participate in delivering the Perfect Patient ExperienceÔ by focusing on patient needs and concerns.
3. Learn infection control procedures to ensure safety during sterilization and operatory cleaning.
4. Assist with radiographs and intra-oral pictures after completing all radiation safety requirements.
5. Prepare for patient care procedures, support chairside activities, and ensure proper patient handoff.
6. Instruct patients on postoperative and oral health care as directed by the dentist.
7. Record patient charting and treatment notes accurately in the digital system.
8. Support patient care by presenting treatment records, consents, and health history to the dentist.
9. Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, etc.).

Qualifications

• No prior dental experience required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
