Colorado Dental Group in Colorado Springs seeks an experienced Dental Assistant to join a busy general practice near Garden of the Gods. You will be chairside, help maintain operatory flow, prepare treatment plans, and support sterilization, Denticon workflows, and daily rhythm of a busy office.

We require prior dental assisting experience, CPR, and X-ray certification; a Dental Assistant certification is preferred.

Colorado Dental Group is an established general dentistry practice near Garden of the Gods, and we’re looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who can jump in, keep up, and be part of a team that genuinely enjoys working together.

We’re led by two fantastic dentists who are approachable, collaborative, and know their stuff. The office is professional—but definitely not boring. We work hard, take great care of our patients, and have a pretty good time doing it.

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF:

• You have solid experience as a Dental Assistant
• You can confidently keep an operatory moving
• You’re comfortable chairside with a variety of procedures
• You know your way around sterilization, treatment plans, Denticon, and the everyday rhythm of a busy practice
• You’re reliable, hardworking, and can take a joke
• You’re looking for a long-term dental home, not just your next job

This is an experienced-DA position. New graduates will not be considered.

SCHEDULE

Arrival at 7:45 AM each dayMonday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PMFriday: 8:00 AM–2:30 PM

COMPENSATION

$22–$25/hour + monthly performance bonus opportunities
