Our office, Ballantyne Endodontics, is seeking a talented Dental Assistant to join our busy specialty practice.

We are looking for a talented and skilled Dental Assistant to help us accomplish our mission to improve the lives of our patients by providing a world-class specialty experience for every patient. Your Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent patient service and assist with administrative and basic dental tasks
• Answer patient questions, keep them relaxed and comfortable during visits
• Greet patients, prepare them for treatment, and ensure their comfort
• Select and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies
• Sterilize instruments according to regulations
• Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry
• Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked dental room
• Schedule appointments and follow-up visits
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures
• Work full-time, Monday to Friday

Your Background

You are resourceful, passionate about helping patients, and eager to contribute to a positive patient experience. You are a collaborative problem-solver who can adapt to shifting priorities and values making a meaningful impact.

• At least 1-2 years of proven experience as a dental assistant; specialty experience is preferred
• Experience with TDO is a plus
• Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization, and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma; dental assistant certification and radiology license if required by law

Position base pay range: $20 - $24 USD per hour.
