Job summary

Mint Dental Care in Centerton, Arkansas is looking for a dental assistant to join a busy practice with 4 doctors, 9 hygienists, and 10 assistants. You will welcome patients, prepare for treatments, and assist the dentist in 4-handed procedures while maintaining patient records and a stocked operatory.

On-the-job training for licensure is available; active Arkansas license required eventually. CPR/Nitrous not required to start, but helpful for patient safety.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Arkansas Dental Assistant License.
• Current CPR and Nitrous Certification not required to start.
• Strong organizational and reliable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and prepare them for treatments.
• Set up instruments, equipment and materials for procedures; assist the dentist in 4-handed dentistry.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized dental operatory.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures.
• Manage inventory of dental supplies and support appointment scheduling.
