Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Dental Assistant to support dentists during patient care, prepare treatment rooms, and manage records. The role includes sterilizing tools, assisting with procedures, and completing intake paperwork.

Applicants should have a current state license, CPR if applicable, and meet regulatory requirements. Travel opportunities are available across healthcare facilities in Colorado.

• One year experience as Dental Assistant preferred.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during patient care and procedures.
• Prepare the room and dental tools/equipment for procedures.
• Complete intake paperwork and update patient records.
• Sterilize and organize dental tools and sterilization area.

Job description

The Dental Assistant provides support to the dentist during patient care and completes the preparation of the room and dental tools/equipment. The Dental Assistant completes intake paperwork, updates patient records, sterilizes and organizes dental tools, and assists during any dental procedures.

• Current License/Certificate within state of practice
