Windy City Implant and Dental Centers in Chicago, IL is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join our fast-paced, patient-centered team. Typical day includes room prep, sterilization, chairside assisting, taking X-rays, and ensuring smooth workflow from 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday (Saturdays 7am–2pm).

Qualifications

• Completion of a Dental Assisting Program OR equivalent on-the-job experience.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Polish language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prep treatment rooms and sterilize instruments before procedures.
• Assist dentist chairside, hand instruments and suction as needed.
• Take X-rays and digital images with accuracy.
• Sanitize and reset operatory after each patient visit.
• Support efficient workflow and patient care throughout the day.

WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

This full-time role at our dentistry works:

• Monday through Friday: 8 am - 5 pm
• Saturdays: 7 am - 2 pm

As a Dental Assistant at our dental practice, your day starts by prepping treatment rooms and ensuring all instruments are properly sterilized and ready to go. You greet patients warmly and help them feel at ease before procedures. Throughout the day, you assist the dentist chairside, handing instruments, suctioning, and ensuring the workflow runs smoothly. You take X-rays and capture digital images with precision, supporting accurate diagnoses and treatment planning. After each patient visit, you sanitize and reset the operatory, keeping everything clean, safe, and efficient. Your assisting role is hands-on, fast-paced, and essential to delivering excellent patient care.
