Dental Dreams LLC in Chicago Heights, IL is hiring Dental Assistants to join our caring, team-focused practice. No prior dental assistant experience required; we welcome motivated individuals with strong customer service.

As a Dental Assistant, you will support the dentist, take X-rays, maintain sterilization, manage instruments, and help with patient education. Full-time on-site position with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bilingual - Spanish (Preferred)
• Excellent Customer Service experience
• Previous Healthcare Experience (Preferred)
• Full Time Availibility - Mon-Fri & Rotating Saturdays
• No Dental Assistant Experience is required!

Responsibilities

• Work under the general supervision and guidance of a dentist
• Provide chair side assistance to the Dentist during dental examinations and treatment
• Charting during the dental examination
• Take and process X-rays
• Sterilize and maintain instruments, as well as the Sterilization Area
• Set up and break down operatories
• Assist with supply inventory and ordering
• Maintain a clean and professional office environment
• Assist with presenting and/or explaining treatment plans
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
• Work as part of a team with emphasis on communication
