Expected Full-Time Work Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-5:00pm & Friday As Needed.

Position Overview: Integrated Dentistry, a Heartland Dental Support Practice, is seeking a Full-Time Experienced Dental Assistant. We offer a no nights or weekends schedule, full benefits, quarterly bonuses, and CE classes.

Our practice specializes in holistic, patient-centered care with advanced procedures like implants, full mouth rehabilitations, PRF, digital dentistry, and IV sedation. We value health-conscious, organized, friendly team members with natural people skills and some experience in our specialties.

Role Responsibilities:

• Greet and educate patients, ensuring comfort throughout treatment.
• Review health histories and assist with diagnostic procedures.
• Provide chairside assistance during various dental procedures.
• Manage patient records with Dentrix and maintain safety protocols.
• Oversee supply inventory and support office workflow.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Dental and x-ray certifications as required by state law.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience: Dentrix or similar dental software experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform duties with or without accommodations.
• Prolonged sitting and standing, lifting up to 45 pounds, and attending periodic training.
