Job summary

Swish Dental in Bee Cave, TX is seeking a motivated Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. You will support the dentist during procedures, take x-rays, prepare and sterilize instruments, and ensure patient comfort throughout visits.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, a dental assisting certificate, CPR/BLS, and a Texas RDA license after certification. English fluency, good communication, and a willingness to travel to other locations are also valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certificate of Completion from a Dental Assisting Course required.
• Texas RDA License required after 1+ years of certification.
• CPR and/or BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Perform dental radiographs (x-rays) and scans.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments, equipment, and patient rooms.
• Provide exceptional patient care throughout their visit.
• Take impressions of patients' teeth.
• Communicate effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain a 'team first' and 'patient first' mentality.
• Continuously increase dentistry knowledge and job skills.
• Adhere by State, Federal, and local compliance standards.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
