Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a patient-focused team member to support the clinical team in a dental practice. You will greet and guide patients and assist across the office to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent patient care.

The role requires radiology and CPR/BLS certification, knowledge of dental terminology and infection control, and strong communication skills. Flexible hours include Tue/Wed 8am–5pm and Fri 7am–4pm, with a compensation of $20–$23 per hour.

Qualifications

• Radiology certification required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain before start date.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards.
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care.

Overview

In this role, you’ll be an important member of the clinical team, working alongside GPs and other Specialty Clinicians dedicated to serving patients. You’ll be supporting many sides of the practice, greeting and guiding patients, and helping out across the office as needed.

Schedule (days/hours)

Tuesdays 8am-5pm Wednesdays 8am-5pm, Fridays 7am-4pm

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures
• Helping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies
• Improving oral health, solving dental challenges, and bettering smiles every day

Qualifications

• Radiology certification

Compensation
