Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. in Newtown, PA is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented dental support team member to greet patients, prepare treatment rooms, and assist the clinical team. You will help educate patients on oral hygiene and support procedures while contributing to a welcoming office environment.

Ideal candidates will bring strong communication, a commitment to patient care, and knowledge of dental terminology and infection control to ensure smooth daily operations across the practice.

Qualifications

• Radiology certification required.
• CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain before start date.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control, and OSHA/HIPAA standards.
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care.

Job description

Overview

In this role, you’ll be an important member of the clinical team, working alongside GPs and other Specialty Clinicians dedicated to serving patients. You’ll be supporting many sides of the practice, greeting and guiding patients, and helping out across the office as needed.

Schedule (days/hours)

Mon-Fri-8-5- OFF WED.

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures
• Helping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies
• Improving oral health, solving dental challenges, and bettering smiles every day

Qualifications

• Radiology certification
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

Compensation

$22-25/hr
