Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part-time Tailor Shop associate in Canoga Park, CA. You will perform basic alterations such as hemming, patches, and repairs, and handle more technical tailoring tasks as needed.

You will educate and train store teams on tailoring offerings and assist on the selling floor and fitting room under store management directions. The role emphasizes denim expertise, textiles knowledge, and strong customer service, with a focus on engaging with clients and staying current

Formación

• Experience in denim industry and awareness of current/upcoming trends (in fashion retail).
• Strong sewing, tailoring, and textile repair skills.
• Familiarity with textiles and fabrics helps assess materials and finishes.
• Enjoy engaging with clients and store teams to provide excellent service.

Responsabilidades

• Perform basic alterations (hemming, patching, repair, tapering) and more technical alterations as required.
• Provide outstanding customer service to enhance client experience in the Tailor Shop.
• Educate and train store teams on tailoring offerings.
• Assist on selling floor and fitting room as needed by store management.
• Comply with Levi's policies and programs.
