Responsibilities

• Execute basic alteration services (hemming, patch and repair, tapering, etc.)
• Perform more technical alterations (fitting/tailoring items beyond jeans)
• Deliver exceptional customer service in Tailor Shop operations
• Educate and train store teams on tailoring services
• Support Tailor processes and Levi’s Tailoring standards and align with store policy
