Collaborating with Payer information Specialists, Coding, Epic IT, and partners, you will identify denial trends, drive corrective actions, and foster staff development to optimize revenue cycle outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with five years in access care, customer service or a related field, and two years supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with five years in access care, customer service or a related field, and two years supervisory experience.
• Experience collaborating with payers, coding, and IT teams to resolve denials and improve reimbursement outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of approximately 30 Denials Recovery Representatives to meet productivity, quality, and performance standards.
• Manage accounts receivable performance and targeted AR days; drive timely resolution of denied claims.
• Identify denial trends and implement corrective actions to improve reimbursement outcomes.
• Monitor team performance metrics and escalate system or process issues affecting workflow and revenue recovery.
• Promote staff development and process improvement for denial management excellence.
• Collaborate with Payer information Specialists, Coding, and Epic IT to address escalations promptly.
