Qualifications

• Up to 1 year of healthcare experience working in the healthcare industry in any job function.

Responsibilities

• Resolve denied insurance claims by reviewing accounts, identifying issues, and securing appropriate payment outcomes.
• Manage assigned work queues to ensure timely, accurate resolution of denied and aging accounts receivable.
• Prepare and submit formal reconsiderations and appeals to payors to support claim reprocessing and payment.
• Draft clear, accurate appeal letters and supporting documentation aligned with payor requirements.
• Perform denied claims and accounts receivable clean-up activities to support revenue cycle performance.
• Accurately adjust denials in accordance with guidelines and goals.
