Qualifications

• Applicant must be 18 years or older.
• Construction experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Full PPE required and background check completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation: digging, leveling, debris removal.
• Load and unload building materials.
• Operate basic hand and power tools.
• Support carpenters, electricians, and plumbers as needed.
• Keep work areas clean, organized and safe.
