Labor On Demand, Inc. d.b.a. LOD Staffing is seeking a Demolition Laborer to safely tear down structures and clear sites. You will operate hand and power tools, remove debris, and assist with site containment while adhering to OSHA standards.

The role requires 1–2 years of related experience, strong safety awareness, and the ability to follow directions in a fast-paced team environment. Physical work is required in varied weather and site conditions.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of demo/construction or general labor experience.
• Strong understanding of job-site safety rules and hazard awareness.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors.

Responsabilidades

• Dismantle and demolish structures, walls, ceilings, and floors using hand and power tools.
• Clear debris and waste to designated disposal areas.
• Load and unload demolition materials and equipment.
• Set up dust barriers, safety signage, and site containment.
• Operate jackhammers, saws and wrecking bars safely.
• Follow OSHA standards and safety policies at all times.
• Coordinate work with site supervisors and crew.
• Maintain tools and keep work areas organized.
