Qualifications

• Minimum of three years excavator operating experience preferred.
• Demolition experience strongly preferred.
• Experience operating multiple attachments including grapples, shears, and hydraulic hammers.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators with attachments (buckets, grapples, shears, hammers, processors).
• Perform structural demolition of facilities.
• Load trucks with debris and recyclable materials.
• Sort materials for recycling and disposal.
• Assist with site prep, grading, and excavation activities.
• Conduct daily inspections and basic maintenance of equipment.
• Identify issues and coordinate repairs with supervisors.
