Job summary

W3Global is seeking an organized and outgoing Demolition Estimator to join our growing team in Irving, Texas. This full-time role analyzes drawings, performs quantity takeoffs, and prepares bid estimates for demolition projects.

Candidates without direct demolition estimating experience may be considered if self-motivated and eager to learn. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Adobe, and onscreen takeoff software is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3-5 years of demolition or commercial construction estimating experience preferred.
• Experience with onscreen takeoff software.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings and specifications for potential projects.
• Perform quantity takeoffs using onscreen takeoff software.
• Prepare bid estimates and proposals for demolition projects.
• Ensure estimates comply with standard practices, including prevailing wage and special pay rates.
• Collaborate with internal estimators throughout the bidding process.
• Communicate awarded project details to project managers.
• Perform additional duties as required.
