Job summary

Professional Staff Northwest is hiring General Laborers for demolition restoration work. This role requires wearing a respirator and provides training and a respirator. The position involves demolition, packing, cleaning, and moving furniture and equipment.

Experience is welcome but not required; we will train the right candidates. Pay starts at $27.00 per hour with weekly pay. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM start, with up to 10‑hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to perform physically demanding work for up to 10 hours.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
• Must be able to wear a mask or respirator; clean shaven - no facial hair.
• Steel-toed boots required and some basic hand tools; multi-cut tools helpful.
• Must be dependable and able to follow directions.
• MUST HAVE TRANSPORTATION TO GET TO THE JOBSITE.

This role involves a variety of physical tasks including demolition, packing, cleaning, and moving furniture and equipment. Experience preferred but not required. Will train the right candidates.

Pay: $27.00 per hour to start; Weekly pay

Schedule: Monday through Friday; Day shift starting at 7:00 AM; Up to 10-hour shifts

• General cleaning and debris removal
• Support project team as needed

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and be on your feet for up to 10 hours
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required
• Must be able to wear a mask or respirator CLEAN SHAVEN- NO FACIAL HAIR
• Steel-toed boots required and some basic hand tools. Multi cut tools are helpful.
• Must be dependable and able to follow directions

MUST HAVE TRANSPORTATION TO GET TO THE JOBSITE

Background Check:

• Must be able to pass a background check with no felony convictions within 5 years

This position can work into a fulltime permanent placement for the right candidates. Can also be a great job for college students over the next several weeks.
