What is Required (Qualifications):

- Minimum of 6 years of data and analytics experience, or 4 years plus 2 years of relevant functional business experience
- Advanced skills in mathematical and statistical techniques for data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency with data analysis tools, SQL, SAS, and data visualization software
- Experience with emerging data sets and their integration into analytical insights
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, or related fields
- 6 years of experience in applied demographic or population modeling
- Experience in building long-range cohort models and predicting population migration
- Familiarity with climate-driven factors affecting population dynamics
- Strong communication skills for presenting analytical results to senior leaders
