What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative analytics field or 4 years of related experience in statistics, mathematics, or quantitative analytics
- Minimum of 6 years of data & analytics experience, or 4 years plus 2 years of relevant business experience
- Advanced skills in mathematical and statistical techniques for decision-making
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, SQL, SAS, and BI tools
- Experience with new data sets and their integration into actionable insights
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Economics/Econometrics, Applied Demography, or Population Studies
- 6 years of experience in applied demographic or population modeling
- Experience developing long-range cohort or migration models based on economic and climate scenarios
- Familiarity with climate-driven population migration data
- Strong communication skills for presenting analytical results to senior leaders
